Concept

The concept study draws the tower as a woven frame of crossing members on a single base plate. Everything else is hung inside it.

Program

The drawing labels five programs: an auditorium at the base, a swimming pool, an obstacle course, a trampoline park, and gym pods fixed to the outside of the frame. The exploded axonometric of the building mass stacks them up the tower, and the program sketch places each one on the plan.
